The double success meant double gold for Tamworth with Ehren Hazell part of the boys side and Emily Chaffey the girls.
The girls defeated Victoria 2-1 in the final, turning the tables from a 3-2 loss during the pool stages.
Victoria scored in just the third minute, but the Blues replied immediately and then struck again in the 15th minute for a one-goal lead at half-time.
The boys meanwhile thumped Western Australia 5-1. Hazell scored three of those finding the back of the net in the sixth, 12th and 21st minutes to give him 17 goals for the tournament and claim the top goalscorer accolades.
The win was sweet revenge for Hazell after being on the losing end of shoot-outs to Western Australia at both the indoor and outdoor nationals last year.
On their way to the gold NSW notched some big wins including a 9-1 triumph over their finals combatants.
