At the Country Music Hall of Fame the inductees of the Hands of Fame were officially announced.
Country stars Amber Lawrence, the Davidson Brothers (Hamish and Lachlan) along with Ginger Cox and Garry Ellis were announced as the 2017 Hands of Fame Recipients.
They will be officially inducted into the Hands of Fame Park on Saturday, January 28 at 10.30am.
Brendon T. Moylan from Curtain FM 100.1 Perth and Floreena Forbes from Phoenix FM, Bendigo. were inducted into the Broadcasters Hall of Fame for their many years presenting country music on their local community radio stations.
Lawrence was overwhelmed by the honour and spoke of her first trip to Tamworth in 2003 and it was “crazy” to think the honour would be bestowed on her 14 years later.
