- Where: Tamworth Shoppingworld
- Who: Chad Morgan
Chad Morgan is launching his new album, Chad Morgan – Family and Friends at Tamworth Shoppingworld at 12.30pm. It promises to be a great to chance to hear his vaudeville style of comic country and western songs.
We’re told this is a popular one so be there early.
- Time: 4pm
- Where: Wests’ Diggers Courtyard
- Who: Luke Dickens and Luke Austen
This looks like something special. Star Maker winners Luke Dickens and Luke Austen are getting to play a joint gig in Wests’ Diggers courtyard at 4pm. Both are hugely talented and their session promises to be full of surprises.
- Time: 7pm
- Where: Bicentennial Park
- Who: Various artists at the grand opening concert
The opening concert is today’s finally in Bicentennial Park at 7pm tonight. It’ll feature CMAA Academy of Country Music Golden Guitar winners Pete Denahy, Catherine Britt, Amber Lawrence, The Bushwackers, Bennett, Bowtell and Urquhart (BBU), Mitch King, Karin Page, Ben Ramsom Band and Hurricane Fall.
It’s an event not to miss and should get you in the mood for the next 10 days of Tamworth music.
Of course, don’t forget it’ll be rounded off fireworks at 9pm.
