They will launch their aptly-titled album DUO on Wednesday, January 25 at Wests Leagues Club from 7.30pm.
The pair met at the CMAA Academy of Country Music three years ago and have been inseparable, performing together ever since.
Kennedy-Clark is also a 2017 Toyota Star Maker Grand Finalist.
“We were always asked if we had a duo album or recorded any songs,” Kennedy-Clark said.
“After awhile we thought we should get onto it.”
“It was something that we wanted to do for a very long time and it’s great to finally have it out,” Hilbers added.
The duo’s perfectly-syncing harmonies have paved the way for a ripper album with covers of some of music’s greatest songs.
“We do it in our own sort of styles,” Kennedy-Clark said.
The album was officially released on December 23, with the duo looking forward to sharing their success at the launch.
Both said the academy was one of the most important steps in their careers and has seen them work with some of the industry’s biggest names.
“There was a lot to learn. We got to meet so many people and have those connections and really start to learn so much more. It’s really helped us with everything,” Hilbers said.
“One of the biggest things are the connections and the networking - meeting Cass was a big part of it.”
Apart from their launch, Hilbers and Kennedy-Clark will be performing together and separately at venues across Tamworth during the festival.
