This year's event will be the 11th time they've visited our city, and have come along way from busking and talent quests to sell out concerts.
Fans can see the talented musicians, Glen and Kaylee Harrison, at a number of venues during the Tamworth Country Music Festival with many performances lined up on their festival catalogue.
"We have been coming for 11 years, we originally came and did the busking on Peel St and the talent quests," Kaylee said.
"We've gone from there to shows at the pubs and last year we did a ticketed show.
"This year we are going back to a range of different shows, it's nice to try different things."
The duo say they are look forward to the festival every year, with a challenge of building up their fan base and spreading the word about their music.
"It's always a great start to the year," Kaylee said.
"It's a great way to build fans, that's the goal for us each year, to keep building our fan base and play as many shows and get out to as many festivals as we can.
The festival will mark a big year ahead for Kaylens Rain who will continue to promote their latest album In Their Blood.
"We'll release a few new songs off that," she said.
"Our shows are always a lot of fun, very diverse. We do a lot of new covers and old stuff as well
"Hopefully it appeals to a broad rage of people."
