Jenner was joined on the starters line by Armidale club-mate Sam Munday and Inverell pair Dylan Sunderland and Ryan Thomas.
Sunderland, who is a team-mate of Jenner at Subaru NSWIS came in 13th, 1min 56seconds behind Jenner.
Thomas and Munday both did not finish but recorded top 20 finishes in other events during the championships.
Thomas was sixth and Munday 19th in the criterium, while Sunderland was placed eighth in the time trial.
Meanwhile after finishing sixth in the lead in Mitchelton Bay Cycling Classic and 11th in Wednesday’s criterium, Tamworth’s Sam Spokes couldn’t complete Sunday’s gruelling 183.6km elite mens race.
He was among 75 of the 119 starters to abandon the race, which was won by Miles Scotson.
