With just two weeks to go, Stephanie Penrose is one rising star who is hoping to make her mark on the industry.
Penrose is one of the students attending the CMAA Academy of Country Music next week.
She’s also performing at the ABCRA National Finals Rodeo on January, 24, 25 and 26 with backup dancers to boot.
Campers have already started arriving in the city and so have the buskers, with many of them hoping to get their big break. Organisers say it’s going to be one ‘helluva party’, with 2,741 official events and activities, 583 official acts, in addition to talent quest entrants, the musicians, and more than 350 buskers in Peel Street.
