Kids – both young and old – were keen to share in the spirit of the festive season, with less than three weeks until the big day arrives.
The children enjoyed a variety of activities and entertainment, including a jumping castle and face painting, while mums and dads browsed the Christmas stalls.
The jolly man in red also made an appearance before bed time, to hear some last minute Christmas wishes.
Tamworth Regional Council Mayor Col Murray said he looked forward to the event every year.
“It’s a time where the community can come together as we celebrate this wonderful time of year.
“Even after the storm that came through, we had so many families celebrate with us.
He also thanked the community groups who helped make the evening such a success.
