If we deal out the punishment first time let them know this is it, no second chances. Common sense. In some cases tough love means they understand – not I know they let me off next time community service and put me on bail.

Next time they will put me on bail again. Telling themselves they never had a chance, how many chances do they need.

Get through to our youths the need to get educated and get work, while they are out on bail they keep re-offending causing so much emotional and frightful emotions to their victims some don't fully recover. What about them.
