An inspired new ball burst from Chris Higgins sent Civeo on their downhill spiral, the opener snagging 5-26.
Not to be outdone, opening partner Michael Cain grabbed 3-7 as Tatts routed Civeo for only 46.
Tom Craig picked up the other wicket with Civeo only managing to field 10 players.
Tatts also only had 10 but only required two for the run chase with Mick Sargent and Jordan Mowle polishing off the required runs inside six overs.
In the other game Chris Sargent played a prominent role with bat and ball as Crossroads defended for their fourth win of the season.
He was the backbone of their innings, top-scoring with 78 as they posted 9-202 from their 45 overs.
Shane Smith and Tim Hayne both also chimed in with 26 and provided good support to Sargent. He and Smith put on 46 for the second wicket, and Hayne and he 51 to take Crossroads beyond 100.
Sargent batted on to past 160 when he fell to Aaron Fielding.
His dismissal sparked a bit of a collapse with Crossroads losing 3-8 but Jock Small (18no) and Brady Jenkins (16no) provided some late starch to see them past 200.
Hamish Duncan was the pick of the RSL bowlers with 3-40. Chris Watkins (2-22) was the only other multiple wickettaker with Jason Trindall, Shane McKenzie, Jake Brayshaw and Fielding all picking up a wicket each.
Duncan (27), Nathan Trindall (19), Watkins (18) and Jason Trindall (14) were then the only RSL batsmen to make double figures as they were rolled for 113.
The Crossroads bowlers gave nothing away, with Craig Trindall nabbing 3-5, Jenkins 3-17 and Sargent 2-5.
Sargent and Trindall both bowled multiple maidens in their spells, Trindall sending down four and Sargent three.
The competition takes a break next week due to the NSW Country Championships, which Narrabri is hosting.
