We had developers trying to put 75 houses on good farming land that feeds the district. Very lucky a few councillors saw reason and going to take that plan else were.They do subdivision , when things go wrong, Those so call Developers are no were to be found.

The article says 1 to 2 thousand square metre blocks, unless I have read it wrong , they are good size blocks.
