VIVID Marketing was among four other finalists vying for the award at a gala dinner in Tamworth on Friday, September 30.
Ms Rothe started the business in 2013 to “empower uniquely branded businesses ... provide tailored strategies, market research, customer experience, brand messaging and marketing execution services to regionally-based small-to-medium and micro-businesses”.
”We help businesses grow by highlighting what’s unique about them and developing effective brand and marketing strategies,” Ms Rothe said.
“The core of our success is our uniquely open, collaborative, long-term outcomes focus. We educate and inform clients about strategies, tactics and tools, including using freely available digital and cloud-based technologies, effectively transferring skills and knowledge to clients.”
An innovation was the launch of a do-it-yourself marketing tool box earlier this year. It delivers tailored, hands-on workshops and resources for small business focused on achieving individual business objectives.
“VIVID is to date a 100 per cent repeat and referral business, and we measure our success against the achievement of our client’s business objectives,” Mr Rothe said.
Ruralco Property Davidson Cameron Real Estate agent Daniel McCulloch won Young Business Executive at the awards.
Mr McCulloch will now represent New England North West at the State Business Awards in Sydney in November.
Daniel is the Tamworth branch manager and also group manager for Ruralco Property Davidson Cameron Real Estate, which has nine offices over the New England and North West including Tamworth, Gunnedah, Qurindi, Scone, Coolah, Coonabarabran, Narrabri, Moree and Inverell.
“As a team we strive to be at the forefront of an ever changing modern market so we have embraced technology to help us deliver to our clients,” Daniel said.
He said he was humbled to accept the award for Excellence in Customer Service in Professional Services on behalf of the Team at Ruralco Property Davidson Cameron Real Estate at last year's Tamworth Quality Business Awards. Then, he was also a finalist in two strong fields; excellence in customer service and community involvement.
His emphasis is on building strong relationships with his colleagues and clients and wants to grow and develop the brand of Ruralco Property Davidson Cameron Real Estate across NSW.
