I really am so excited to be back at work and it is so good to see the children looking refreshed after a term where we had high absences due to illness. We have a very busy term ahead with preschool transition, swimming school, school photos, life education van and the P&C fete and fun night. The Leader In Me habit for the next five weeks is Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw. This means live a balanced life with a mixture of inside and outside activities, eat healthily and exercise. It is about looking after ourselves. Instead of thinking “I’m too busy today to take time for myself” replace it with “I take time for myself as it gives me the ability to do everything else well.” The Tell Them from me parent survey is still live. We make a lot of decisions at the school and we want to be aware of your thoughts and ideas. Please be proactive and complete this survey so we can have your feedback and use it when we make decisions. The survey is anonymous. It can be found at https://nsw.tellthemfromme.com/werriscreek2341.
