A GLORIOUS sunny day greeted the 123 golfers who took part in last Sunday's PRAMS (PaediatRic and Maternity Support) charity golf day at the Gunnedah Golf Club.

More than $12,000 was raised overall, following a figure of $2472.55 raised by the Golf Club, while there were prizes, raffles, auctions and donations.
Prizemoney of $10,000 was up for grabs if anyone landed a hole-in-one on the seventh hole, but it never looked likely to materialise.
A notable aspect of this year's event was that all money raised goes directly to the Gunnedah Hospital.
Televisions were bought to go with every bed, and bathrooms were improved in the general ward while equipment was purchased for the general and emergency wards.
In the golf, winning team Ryan No. 1 comprised of Dean Bard, Kobe Harris, Dan Adams and Luke Ryan.
They had 54 points while Holmes was very close behind on 54 ¼. Phil and Taryn Maher won the 4-ball vs Par with +6.
