North Coastal defeated Southern/ACT and then lost to Central Coast on Sunday, before beating Riverina the following day to secure a spot in the decider.
Illawarra accounted for Newcastle and Western on Sunday and then beat Central Northern on Monday before the decider took place in the afternoon.
