Werris Creek community applauds children’s efforts

Principal's Message: It was wonderful to see so many parents and community members at our whole school performance on Friday.  It always amazes me how children can lift for a performance and I’m sure everyone was appreciative of their efforts.  A big thank you goes to Mr Garrett for organising this event. Mr Garrett has already started to work on a second performance so stay tuned for information next term in The Contact.

This Friday we will have fun celebrating Talk like a Pirate Day. There will be a disco after lunch and the children will be completing some fun Pirate themed activities.

The school holidays are nearly upon us with Friday being the last day of term 3. The children return to school on Monday 10th October.  On behalf of the staff I’d like to wish everyone a safe and restful holiday break as we all know how busy term 4 can be.
