A number of councils will come together for their first meetings in the coming weeks and vote for their top officials, with some new look local governments thrown up as a result of the 2016 elections.
Liverpool Plains retained five councillors, with Virginia Black, Doug Hawkins and Paul Moules joining old-hands, Andrew Hope, Ian Lobsey, Ken Cudmore and Rob Webster on the council.
Walcha brought in five new faces, including Rachael Wellings, Peter Blomfield, Eric Noakes, Jen Kealey and Scott Kermode.
The council will elect a new mayor and deputy at their September ordinary meeting after Janelle Archdale and Scott Schmutter stood aside.
