A selection of cereals and fresh milk was enjoyed by students and was the envy of some of the staff at both campuses.
The students at St Edward's will be involved with a selection of activities this week with an emphasis on healthy eating habits and the positive effects of getting plenty of rest and being kind to yourself.
Some of the in class activities include meditation and massage for kids and the ever popular go-noodle activities on the smart board.
Program:
Wednesday: Hunter New England Health - in-class presentation 9 - 11 & 11.40 - 12.10
Massage - 11am, Tamworth Yoga Studio - Yoga and Breathing exercises 1.10pm - 1.35pm
Thursday: Massage - 11am, Tamworth Yoga Studio - Yoga and Breathing exercises 1.10pm - 1.35pm
Friday: Dr Allan Avery - Tai Chi 9 - 11am
