Students from Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School’s Industrial Technology class handed in their major work for the subject and put their projects on show at a morning tea.
From tool boxes, chess board, beds, table settings, cattle crushes and stock feeding systems and multi media productions – the work of students over the past 12 months had impressed teachers and guests.
The special showcase followed two days of marking earlier in the week.
Head Teacher Eric Reading said he was impressed with the quality of the work and said staff had provided great support and guidance to the young adults over the past year and he believed many would seek careers that would hone the skills learnt in their HSC year.
“Many of these students will seek work in the agricultural sector, trades and some will be aspiring to progress onto university,” Mr Reading said. See page 16 for more photos.
