Tyler Joseph Byrnes-Witsoe is charged with malicious damage and goods in custody after he allegedly spray painted the inside of the library’s toilets on Tuesday morning.
The fumes from the paint set off an alarm and Byrnes-Witsoe, 23, was arrested shortly after by officers.
He was allegedly found with spray cans in his possession along with suspected stolen goods.
