AFTER joining Pirates 100 club in the major semi-final, backrower Doug Biffin is hoping his 101st game in Pirates colours is even more memorable.

His 100th was pretty good, with Pirates thrashing Narrabri to earn their first home grand final since 2011.
“Hopefully it'll be a big game,” he said.
They'll again be matching up against the Blue Boars, who got home by a point against old rivals Moree last Saturday.
Biffin joked he feels like he's been playing for “a long time”. He started off in the juniors, and has been a fairly consistent presence bar a couple of years in league.
He's one of a few to reach milestones this season, with hooker Bart Leach making his 100th first grade appearance also in the major semi. He didn't have as memorable a day, with injury forcing him off after about 15 minutes.
This season has been Pirates best season for a few years. Part of the reason for that, Biffin believes, is the camaraderie between the players.
“We are great mates off the field,” he said.
“That's reflecting on the field.
“And we're having a bit of fun.”
The return of a few old heads, such as Andrew Moodie and Amos Ioasa has also made a big difference, as has the injection of the likes of Andrew Collins, Mitch Bath and Damian Reti.
“It's good to have a finisher. We've probably lacked that the last couple of years,” Biffen said of Reti.
He played in three of Pirates’ four-premiership run, and believes there is still more in the side.
“I still don't think we've got out of second gear,” he said.
