Sinclair has stable star Free Billy entered at Doomben on Saturday, Arawak and Cool Rules at Toowoomba on Saturday night and Real Blonde at Quirindi on Sunday.
Darren Jones will drive to Brisbane to partner Free Billy in Saturday’s $60,000 Moet and Chandon Chairman's Club No Metro Wins Handicap (1350m) and then ride Arawak at Toowoomba.
Jodi Worley will travel up to Toowoomba to ride Cool Rules in the earlier race for Sinclair and claims three kilograms off his 56.5kg.
Darren Jones then climbs aboard Real Bondie in Sunday's Arlington @ Tamalee Tamworth Clss 2 Plate (1100m).
Sinclair said it is a long haul but wants to give his horses, and their owners, the best chance possible.
Free Billy is topweight for the Moet and Chandon and coming off a good second to Mapmaker at Moree last week.
Free Billy cruised home impressively to beat all bar Mapmaker at Moree and is fit and healthy for Saturday’s examination.
"He's right to go," Peter Sinclair said. "Got 59kg but Jonesie is going to ride him," he said of Tamworth jockey Darren Jones, who has been a regular rider of the talented gelding since he lobbed in Sinclair's Moree stable.
"He's a trier," Sinclair said of Free Billy.
He's a trier. He is back up to 1350m and drawn well (9).
- Peter Sinclair talking about Free Billy
"He is back up to 1350m and drawn well (9)."
Sinclair is hoping to slide back to Toowoomba and gives both Cool Rules and Arawak a chance in their respective races on Saturday night.
Both have raced under the Toowoomba lights before as well.
"Cool Rules is a hard horse to get fit," Sinclair said.
"He's as fit as we've had him and in a Class 2 1300m with 56.kg and Jodi's claim. He drops a lot of weight. Carried 60kg at Moree and had 65 before that at Talmoi. Arawak ran a good race the other day even though he was a little disappointing but he was second up from a long spell (10 months). He did race well at his first run at Toowoomba and will hopefully do the same."
Arawak is in a race that also includes Wayne Oakenfull’s Isla Poppy and Andrew Gray's A Tisue A Tissue.
Inverell trainer Wayne Oakenfull has tasted recent success at Toowoomba with Isla Poppy, winning there three runs back on May 21.
Gray, the "little" Moree milkman, started A Tissue A Tissue in the Gwydir Open, won so impressively by Mapmaker, with Free Billy running into second.
Gray's six-year-old gelding finished 3.6 lengths adrift in a good fourth and must be a chance in Saturday's race for the large limbered milko. For Sinclair the trek then winds to Quirindi where Real Blonde is engaged in the Arlington @ Tamalee Tamworth Class 2 Plate (1000m).
She did well to finish sixth in an unsuitable race first up at Moree and this race and drying track will suit her much better.
