A MAN has been taken to hospital after falling from a ladder in Tamworth.

Ambulance paramedics were called to a house in White St just before 2.30pm on Thursday after reports of a fall.
Paramedics found a man, believed to be aged in his 70s, who had fallen several metres from a ladder.

He struck his head and also suffered injuries to his ribs and jaw.
He was taken to Tamworth hospital in a stable condition.
