Gabbi D'Ambros, Sarah Dicker and Lori Edgar found the back of the net for Services, who are now three points off second-placed Waratahs.
Tudors are similarly adrift of fourth-placed Olympians.
Stand-in coach, and usual defender, Helen Willis said Tudors played well, and were a bit unlucky not to score a couple of goals in either half.
"We had at least five solid opportunities that just missed the mark," she said.
"The girls built really well from defence into attack consistently for the whole game.
"We pressured the Services defence well and made them scramble."
Up front, Chloe Walker, who did a huge amount of running, Millie Sherwood, Tessa Mitchell and Dakota Barnett-Suey worked well together and elongated really well in attack, which stretched the Services defence and gave midfielders Bec and Sarah Willis and Em Lockyer room to move and feed the ball through.
The girls also reverse-pressed, Willis said, putting pressure on Services even when they did turn the ball over.
Defensively, Sofie Langenbaker and Steph Worpel were solid in the middle and were able to utilise Nat Willis at right half, who very successfully moved the ball forward.
At left half, Lisa Clark made some very good tackles and broke down play, while goalkeeper Em Jarrett made some very good saves.
Willis said she was unlucky on the last, which appeared from the sideline to be a fluky deflection from a ball hit into the circle.
