The forum will bring together industry specialists, owners and operators to discuss issues in the industry.
Members from the trucking industry, as well as, farmers, stock and station agents and business operators, will come together to talk on infrastructure, investment and plans for the region.
The event is free and will also be attended by representatives from local and state government.
Organiser Renee McMillian said the forum would be an opportunity for the industry to discuss the demands of heavy vehicle operations and access.
“Safety on our roads is the responsibility of all who travel on them and it’s great to see the increase in interest and support from all areas of the community, including the heavy vehicle industry,” Mrs McMillian said.
The forum will be on August 2 and participants will need to contact Mrs McMillian on 02 6757 3277 to register.
