Unbeaten reigning premiers, New England Nomads, gave the Tamworth Kangaroos a 64-point thrashing at Bellevue Oval in Armidale, the Nomads kicking 12.19 91 to the Roos' 3.9 27.
The Nomads shared the goalkicking with Dave Richards, Zac Economou and captain-coach Jed Ellis-Cluff all kicking three goals apiece in a game where they were wayward with the boot as well, managing 19 behinds.
The Roos kicked just three goals with Chris Pollock, Ben Mitchell and Dan Overeem kicking majors.
Pollock and Mitchell were among the Roos' best along with Daniel Leon, Ryan Searl and "retired" coach Tony Bishop.
The Nomads had plenty of stars with Richards and Ellis-Cluff leading the way while Matt Foley, Thomas Hunt, Brett Grant and Luke Raymond also impressed.
Out at Narrabri the Eagles felt the Bulldog bite as the visitors kicked 13.19 97 to the home side's 3.5 23.
Mitch Swain kicked six goals for the Bulldogs to star for a side also well served by Scott Hardy's trio of six-pointers and coach Greg Piggott's double.
Ben Maddern kicked two of the three Narrabri goals.
The Bulldogs, like the Nomads, kicked 19 behinds.
Tamworth Swans went one better than their winning compadres, they kicked 16.20 116 to the Moree Suns' 6.8 44 to produce a 72-point win at Tamworth's No 1 Oval.
James Dunstan also booted six goals for the Swans with Gavin Knee (3), Steve Fairless (2), Ross Fraser (2) and Sam Burges (2) also kicking multiples as Josh Isaac, Tyson Green, Wyatt Roberts and Jade Porter all excelled for the Suns.
Gavin Knee was outstanding for the Swans, coach Paul Kelly said.
"He was our best," Kelly said. "Gav got us going in the first quarter and kept us in it in the second quarter, Steve Fairless was also very good, Julian Jasper and Damien Wendt also played well; Damo had a big first half and Harrison Tibbles also played really well.
"We had a lot of contributors."
The Swans started well in the first quarter and "could have finished them off" early, Kelly said.
"But the Suns hung in there, they were good, they didn't go away. But our second quarter was real good, probably our best quarter of the season."
THIS SATURDAY (Round 15): Narrabri Eagles v Moree Suns (Narrabri), Tamworth Kangaroos v Tamworth Swans (Tamworth), Inverell Saints v Gunnedah Bulldogs (Inverell).
