River and ocean cruise lines are making some interesting cross-overs – river cruise giant Viking, which has 56 ships plying the waterways of Europe, recently launched its second 930-passenger ocean cruise ship, Viking Sea, with a grand christening ceremony at Greenwich – the historic port on the River Thames.
