Thanks to the Coalition government and the persistent efforts of our current federal member, we now have a high-speed, reliable internet service at our home, east of Tenterfield, through NBN’s Sky Muster satellite network.
For years we’ve struggled with poor internet speeds, dropouts and sometimes no service at all, but that all changed last Saturday when we switched from the old satellite network to the new Sky Muster service.
This is high-speed broadband, with downloads of up to 25 megabits per second.
It was installed without fuss and, unlike the Rudd/Gillard government’s fiasco with the pink batts installation, which cost several young people their lives, safety was their number one priority – they had all the safety gear on and did it properly.
Thanks again, Barnaby.
