They learnt a lot about fire procedures and reducing fire hazards. They especially enjoyed climbing in and on the fire truck.
Thank you so much to the team that came out from Tamworth and to Peter Wiseman for bringing the local truck down to school.
We also visited Oxley Vale Public School during the week to watch a performance by Sean Choolburra.
What an entertaining performance!
Singing, didgeridoo-playing, dancing, lighting fires the traditional way and lots of laughs.
Sean turned many of our children into superstars up on stage.
Many thanks to the parents who helped to transport to Oxley Vale so that all our students could attend.
Last Friday, June 17 was our last assembly for this term.
It was held in the music room and Mrs Barb O'Brien lead musical items by both the infants and primary classes which showcased the music program the students have enjoyed with her each week.
