More like a fearless fibber.
He’s not afraid to tell a porky to try and sell his story.
Mr Windsor said in a radio interview on an FM station recently, that there had been no fixed wireless NBN towers connected in the New England electorate, since his retirement in 2013.
Here are the facts I found.
There have been 30 fixed wireless NBN towers built and switched on since September 2013, compared to the 18 that were in place before that date.
According to figures from NBN released in late May the following came into operation in 2014 and 2015: Armidale-Grafton Rd (31.3.2015); Ashford (18.12.2015); towers at Barraba and Barraba South (28.11.14); Bundarra (19.6.15); Calala South (19.6.14); Delungra (19.6.15); Gilgai Oval (4.12.14);Guyra North (27.2.14); Inverell (17.12.14); Inverell South (4.12.14); Inverell West (9.6.15); Invergowrie (31.3.15); Manilla (21.11.14); Martin’s Lookout (18.6.14); Merriwa (30.8.14); Merriwa South (30.8.14); Oxley Vale (26.3.14); Parkville South (20.12.13); Quirindi (7.6.14); Rockvale Road (31.3.15); Scone West (16.12.13); Tenterfield (18.6.14); The Summit (19.6.15); Tingha (18.12.15); Uralla (16,12.13); Wallabadah (15.12.14); Wallangarra (27.6.14); Willow Tree (24.9.15;) and Woodenbong (28.9.15).
It’s a mouthful of figures, but it’s further proof the Mr Windsor is still resorting to fibs.
