MS GILLARD and her Labor party have lost the plot.
The party has sunk so low in the political scene that they no longer argue policy, they now feel the only way to attack is to play the victim game.
Julia Gillard’s attack on Tony Abbott in Parliament after he asked that the Speaker be sacked for his text messages was a schoolyard name-calling payback. Ms Gillard is supposed to be the leader of this great country of ours, yet what do we see – a silly little girl saying “feel sorry for me he called me names”.
I for one would like to feel that the leader of this country has a thick skin and worries more about policy and how the country is being run and what its future is, than bringing up past conversations of Tony Abbott and what he has said to her.
Both sides of Parliament need to grow up and stop the personal attacks on each other and do what they are paid to do, run the country, create employment, better education, safer streets and improve healthcare.
If they want to carry on the way they do, leave politics and go back to the schoolyard.
And finally Ms Gillard, get off this ridiculous saga of yours and your party’s branding Tony Abbott a man who is scared of powerful woman. His deputy is a woman and he has many other women in power in his part. Any person who buys this “woman hater” tag is just as pathetic as Julia and her party.
