On Sunday, a 48-year-old woman was flown from Tamworth hospital to John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle for specialist treatment after suffering a stroke.
Earlier on Sunday, the chopper was tasked to Armidale hospital to airlift a 76-year-old man suffering a medical condition.
He was due to be flown to Newcastle, but instead was flown to Tamworth Airport where the medical crew was met by a fixed wing Air Ambulance plane.
Paramedics then flew the patient to Sydney where he was transported to the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
On Saturday, the helicopter airlifted a 14-year-old boy to Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney after an accident near Coonabarabran.
The teenager suffered suspected spinal injuries after coming off a jump at the Goanna Motocross Tracks at Bugaldie, between Baradine and Coonabarabran.
