THE LAW and the courts have finally proved beyond any doubt that they are an ass.
Firstly we have a group of ferals running wild in a locked business area of town, smashing windows with rocks and committing devious acts within, openly showing their faces on the security cameras knowing that they face nothing more than a talking to.
Now when the business owner says that he will show the footage on the internet, he is immediately warned that he will be breaking the law and will be prosecuted. I will then bet that the same magistrate that will recommend conferencing for the young grubs will come down hard on the business man who has had enough.
Two reasons this will happen: one because it is the law and two because the courts, who have completely lost the reason they are there in the first place, will take offence to the business man taking matters into his own hands.
The only message that I can pass on to the courts is this: if you did your job properly in the first place, and that is to punish and protect, the public would not feel it has to take matters into their own hands.
Now here is a matter that every Australian should feel very concerned about. The High Court of Australia, with a majority decision has just over ruled a decision by ASIO that a Sri Lankan male not be granted a refugee visa because he was a member of the Tamil Tigers. ASIO had seen fit to brand these people a threat to the Australian people and because of this they refused to have a refugee visa allowed, yet the high court overruled this because they decided that it breached his rights. If this is not the highest form of stupidity ever shown I do not know what is.
The court has openly said to every single Australian citizen, we do not care for the safety of the
people, we do not care for the safety of our country, we will not listen to the real reasons that his person was not allowed into this country, we will put his rights before all others and allow him in.
This ruling then should be recorded and each and every judge who made that decision be held accountable to the Australian people if this person commits an act of political violence or incites others to act violently towards other Australians.
Will this happen, no it will not, because these people do not care about the consequences of their action, they justify it by saying they just followed the law, and our governments and the people who run them do nothing to rectify the problem.
I have said it once and I will say it again, there are three sections that are going to create vigilantes in this country: the governments that refuse to listen to the people, the courts, judges and magistrates who preside over them, and the bleeding hearts who refuse to see there is a problem and want what is already a soft system turned even softer.
Time to wake up people before it is to late.
