Holly came 18th in her eight year girl 50m freestyle and Katie came 22nd in her nine year girl 50m freestyle.
This is an amazing result for the girls. Holly and Katie were joined by Emily Wamsley to compete in the junior girls relay. The girls had a fantastic swim and came a creditable 37th in the state.
What an amazing effort for the girls considering they were competing against teams with four 10yr olds.

High School taster day for year six
Our Year 6 students had a fantastic day visiting Quirindi High School. Students had the opportunity to participate in sample classes and gain a taste of what to expect in Year 7.
Thank you to Ms Chad and staff from Quirindi High for inviting our students to participate in the day.
They all had a fantastic time and can't wait for High School next year.
Catholic SRE
Thank you to the children of Catholic SRE who for the season of Lent have been doing jobs for their families and bringing in their earnings for Project Compassion.
The children have learnt about the needs of the children in Malawi and have aimed to help provide them with learning materials so they can go to school.
On Easter Sunday, Stirling, Zac and Joel presented Farther Vic with the Project Compassion money box and Farther Vic was very appreciative of the classes' efforts and wished to thank them all very much.
