HUNDREDS of footy fans flocked to local pubs and clubs yesterday as finals fever swept across the town in anticipation of the NRL grand final.
It was a full house at the Longyard Hotel, where people packed the pub to watch the showdown between the Melbourne Storm and the Canterbury Bulldogs.
At least one bold Storm fan was spotted in among the blue and white.
The grand final was played out at Olympic Park in front of a sell-out crowd of more than 83,000.
