Hunt's concerts have become legendary over her years of performing at the festival and her performance tonight is a soulful way to kick off your music party.

She began singing in the gospel church, laying the foundation for her soulful singing style, and has worked with artists including Pavarotti, Ray Charles, Eric Clapton, Brian May, Randy Crawford, Joe Cocker, Miles Davis and Andrea Bocelli.

The singer has toured with Jimmy Barnes and Diesel and is also an actress, appearing in off-Broadway musicals, including Dreamgirls, Ballad for Bimshire and Medea. In 2008, Hunt was the winner of Australian Idol's My Mum Rocks contest for NSW and continues spreading her music across the globe.
