The Sydneysiders were too good for the previously undefeated Lismore, routing them for just 66 and then chasing the runs inside 25 overs and for the loss of only two wickets to etch their names as the 12th champions.
"The boys are absolutely chuffed," coach Steve Hobson said.
Hobson was admittedly shocked by how well they played yesterday.
He thought their win over Tamworth the previous day was one of the best games of cricket he'd seen from them.
"I didn't think they could play any better," Hobson said.
"(But) They lifted it up a notch."
The bowlers lit the fuse.
"It was set up by our opening bowlers," Hobson said.
As they did against Tamworth, Jack Hobson and Liam Dinan were superb with the new ball.
Hobson took1-13 and Dinan, after going for 1-7 from his first spell, took 5-12 after snaring a hat-trick in the second over of his second spell.
"They set up a really solid foundation," Hobson said.
"The screws were then really put on by our spinner Luca Vajdic."
The five wicket hero from the day before, took 1-18 from his eight.
"He just bowled extremely tight and applied so much pressure in the middle," he said.
Ben Lemlin (1-5) also bowled well through the middle.
"He bowled a magnificent ball that reared up from the turf pitch and got a catch in gully," Hobson said.
Sam McLean (19) was the only Lismore batsmen to reach double figures with Angus Scarrabelotti (7) the next best.
Manly openers Finn Nixon-Tonko and Jack Melchiore (12) then polished off 41 of the required runs, Nixon-Tonko carrying his bat to finish unbeaten on 30.
The aptly nicknamed "The Finisher" Lucas Heffernan was there at the end with him on nine. Hastings finished third, defeating Tamworth by 91 runs.
Hastings put on a batting display making 217 with opener Trai Blair hitting 63 and Layton Gray 37.
Lauren McGill (2-36) was the pick of the Tamworth bowlers, who replied with 10-126.
Slipping down the order from opener to 10, Ryan Rogers again top-scored with 30 with Jyemeil Hynch finishing unbeaten on 24.
Matthew Cheers (2-22) and Zak Callicetto (2-10) led the charge for Hastings.
In the other game West Pennant Hills Cherrybrook rounded off their carnival with their first win, beating Nambucca Bellingen by seven wickets.
They set the win up with the ball dismissing Nambucca Bellingen for 99.
Dylan Mann was the shining light with the bat for the coastal side hitting 33 at the top of the order.
Dylan Bish (3-20) and Sam Kirkegard (2-16) topped the wickets for WPHC, Alex Silins also chiming in with 1-19, while Tom Dickenson was miserly going for just nine runs off his eight overs, four of which were maidens.
WPHC then chased down the runs in 35th over four wickets down.
Captain Zac Morris led the way with an unbeaten 30 with Kirkegard capping off a strong allround game with 17.
Hudson Brown (1-18), Brendan Hickey (1-7) and Simon Walker (1-14) were the pick of the Nambucca Bellingen bowlers.
