Traffic is being diverted via the New England Highway to Wallabadah Road back to the Kamilaroi Highway.
Additionally, there is no access to the Kamilaroi Highway from the New England Highway at Willow tree.
Motorists are advised to use the diversions in place.
Emergency services remain on site.
