Meanwhile, there is no funding for the deathway between Uralla and Armidale or the killer Bolivia Hill down to Tenterfield.
How does it benefit the racing industry, or the urban regional communities that politicians are allegedly representing, to have an unsafe New England Highway where too many local residents are killed?
Truly it may be said that representatives of the National Party are prepared to condone billions being spent in Western Sydney renovating football stadia, while their own electorates are ignored for essential capital works projects.
No wonder Australian voters in urban regional electorates are seeing that independents get things done for their communities.
