Messages between Mohamed and Fatima Elomar after he left for Syria on December 7, 2013, have been revealed in court documents, including his detailed requests for roll-on insect repellent, glasses, two pairs of "good" cargo pants, a solar watch, phone chargers, and clothes.
She was arrested at Sydney Airport on May 3, 2014, after Customs and police stopped her from boarding a one-way Malaysia Airlines flight to Kuala Lumpur.
Authorities found almost $10,000, camouflage clothing, mens' shirts and pants, Elomar's birth certificate, and electronics in her bags.
Fatima, 30, on Monday pleaded guilty to receiving items with the intention of supporting Elomar's entry into Syria, where he was engaged in armed fighting.
Hours before Fatima was due to fly out of Sydney to join her husband, she wrote to him expressing her reluctance, the documents showed.
"I need to know seriously [that you] don't regret your decision bcos I want to go to someone who will actually be happy to see [me]," she wrote, via the messaging app Tango.
Elomar replied and told her to pass on a message to his mother: "Love u 2 tell my mum inshallah if I never c [her] again I will inshallah c her on the day of judge."
In previous messages, he sent her photos of himself sitting in a room surrounded by rifles, and military equipment including a rocket launcher, as well as an image of what appeared to be his leg, with a bullet wound to the knee.
On March 28, she asked him: "babe will you ever consider coming back home???"
Elomar later replied: "Babe ... if only you knew the reward it contains, the prophet ... said when the first drop of blood gush from teh leg all his sins are forgiven."
On April 8, Fatima sent an image of a black tall ship bearing the IS symbol, saying "row row row your boat. Sneak up in the stream. Lock n load in Mujadid Mode Islamic State Shaheeeds".
At the end of April, Elomar sent her strict instructions about flying from Malaysia to Turkey and entering Syria, to which she replied: "aha yes ... It's going ot be a thrill ride init"
On the evening of May 3, Fatima arrived at the airport and checked in six pieces of luggage, but was stopped and arrested.
She told police she had not spoken to her husband for months and was only going to Malaysia for a holiday.
Fatima, who was supported by a large group of women in court, will face a sentencing hearing on April 1 next year.
Elomar, who made headlines around the world after he posed with severed heads, and who was accused of raping women in Syria, died in an airstrike in June.
