Rebecca Sarungallo has been coordinating the Indonesian stall and will be
bringing the fragrant food and colourful dress of the Asian country to the multicultural street festival on October 17.
“We will be providing a diverse range of food and snacks from Indonesia,” Ms Sarungallo said.
Ms Sarungallo listed nasi goreng, mi goreng, perkedel and krupuk as some favourite Indonesian meals that will be on offer at the street party.
“Indonesia is a country with over 256 million people and over 300 native languages, so it’s very culturally diverse country,” she said.
