MOREE police are appealing for information after a fire was lit near the town's skate park at the weekend.
About 5.45pm on Saturday, emergency services were called to a structure on fire near the skate park on Balo St.
NSW Fire and Rescue crews worked to extinguish the flames, but the structure was destroyed.
Police conducted a search of the area following the incident.
Witnesses described the possible offender to police and said they were of Aboriginal appearance, about 12 years old and wore a yellow shirt and blue baseball cap.
