The inaugural University of New England Business School Challenge will see students pitch their best business ideas to a panel of expert judges.
The best 20 ideas will first be chosen for the challenge where contestants will work with UNE industry professionals in groups of five to create a pitch they will present to their selected businesses.
Organiser and UNE Business School staffer Jade Hauser says students who participate will learn valuable skills in a fun environment and have the chance to win a cash prize.
The challenge aims to encour-age young regional people to collaborate in building innovative business ideas. Challenge judge and business owner, Adrian Wood, says he is impressed by the initiative and excited to see the array of talent the region has to offer.
Entries opened on September 1 and students can enrol on the UNE website.
