PORT Macquarie police have reached out to the community for help identify the body which was found out to sea on Friday.

A Marine Rescue Port Macquarie vessel found the body at about 2pm near Queens Head, north of Port Macquarie.
An initial search was launched by police on Thursday night.
A witness told police he saw a man being swept out to sea by the current at about 10.55pm.
The search was suspended until Friday morning when crews from SES, Marine Rescue and Surf Life Saving volunteers all took to the water.
A Westpac Rescue helicopter also joined in the search along with a Polair helicopter fitted with thermal imaging devices.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner but have so far been unable to identify the man.
