Tamworth’s Interact People Solutions has been awarded a five-star rating for disability management services, an achievement Interact founder Nikki Brouwers described as a “bit like winning the grand final”.
Interact People Solutions is a division of The Interact Group, which was founded by Nikki and husband Paul in 1994 from their home of Orange.
Interact specialises in injury management, assessment services, workplace rehabilitation, injury prevention, workplace health and safety services and disability employment services, and services 34 locations across NSW, the ACT, Queensland and Victoria.
The five-star rating was also shared by the Port Macquarie office of Interact People solutions.
The federal government’s Disability Management Services Star Ratings system measures the relative success of providers in achieving outcomes for job seekers taking part in the program.
“We are honoured to receive the five-star rating from the government ... and this is a true testament to the wonderful and hardworking teams we have on the ground in Tamworth and Port Macquarie,” Mrs Brouwers said.
