The deal includes exclusive rights to several key series, including the horror drama iZombie and the psychological thriller The Following.
It also includes the rights all 236 episodes of the iconic comedy Friends.
Though exclusive new series are proven assets for streaming services, key library titles, such as Friends, are valuable subscription incentives.
Stan's director of content Nick Forward said the deal with Warner Bros was the "most significant since launch in terms of bringing outstanding, exclusive premiere shows and some of the most popular TV series of all time to Stan."
Other titles included in the deal are the continuing series The Flash, Hart of Dixie and Forever, new titles such as Selfie and Constantine, and library series such as The West Wing, The O.C., the Sex and The City spin-off The Carrie Diaries and the Rebel Wilson series Super Fun Night.
Warner Bros' president of television distribution Jeffrey Schlesinger said the studio's library of "new and classic serialised television programs [is] perfectly suited for watching single episodes or bingeing over time."
The volume of the deal is numbered in "hundreds" of hours.
According to Stan, iZombie will be fast tracked onto the service in October, releasing the episodes in the show's second season day and date with US broadcast.
Stan is a joint venture of Fairfax Media, the owner of this website, and the Nine Network.
