Sydney sisters Felicia Oreb and Diana Johnson have built an impressive empire since launching their business Base Body Babes four years ago.
But it all began with a casual conversation between mums in the school playground.
"I worked really hard to get back in shape post-baby and mums at school were always asking about how I did it," Ms Oreb said.
"That's when Diana and I decided to take our love and knowledge of health and fitness and share it with other women."
The sisters began running bootcamps for mums, before younger women started cottoning on. Fast-forward to 2015 and Base Body Babes is one of Australia's most successful fitness blogs.
Their key to success? "We don't tell women to compete with each other, it's about doing it for yourself, about making yourself feel good," Ms Oreb explains.
That's the mantra the sisters will be taking with them when they participate in the Sun Herald City2Surf, presented by Westpac, on August 9.
They may be ridiculously fit, but the sisters are planning to walk the 14 kilometre course and enjoy "the beautiful city to Bondi walk".
"We don't have anything to prove, we're doing this for ourselves - which is exactly what we encourage other women to do when it comes to their fitness," Ms Oreb said.
The City2Surf caters to people of all ages and abilities, with staged start times to cater for participants of differing pace.
"It's not about winning the race, it's just about moving your body ... that's how the fitness journey begins," Ms Oreb said.
