Kyrgios recently admitted he "didn't really like the sport of tennis that much" and still wonders what could have been if he had chosen his preferred sport of basketball when he was 14.
In the video posted by Tennis Australia on its Twitter page, the 20-year-old certainly shows off his skills, sprinting into picture and leaping high into the air before cleanly dunking the ball.

Kyrgios represented Australia in basketball as a teenager before shifting his focus solely to tennis.
The play certainly wouldn't look out of place in the NBA with the 1.9m tennis player admitting he is a huge fan of the Boston Celtics and having all the qualities of a good shooting guard.
With Kyrgios dismissing rumours he was thinking of giving up tennis after a recent hounding from the media and public alike, it appears that if he were to quit, basketball wouldn't be a bad back-up option.
