FOUR teenage boys have been questioned over the vandalism of local sporting clubs and parks that left Tamworth Regional Council with a hefty clean-up bill.

Oxley Target Action Group (TAG) officers have been investigating the vandalism in Bicentennial Park and the Gipps St footbridge that was discovered early last week.
According to police, offenders smashed lights and windows and damaged gutters and skylights, causing almost $8000 in damage.
TAG officers have reviewed CCTV footage of the incidents and identified four boys, aged between 13 and 16.
Police confirmed yesterday the youths were being interviewed in the presence of their parents.
