My old mate Flash went along to Renmark’s Chaffey Theatre last week and caught the show.
She reckoned anyone who left the venue and hadn’t enjoyed it mustn’t have been breathing in and out!
The big fella isn’t bringing Family Life here to Tamworth, but we do get to see him soon – or at least some of us do.
He’ll be performing in Blazes at Wests on Saturday, June 13, giving his time once again for Southern Cross Ten’s Give Me 5 for Kids fundraiser.
This is the fourth year Harv has come to Tamworth for this special family event that raises money for the children’s ward at Tamworth hospital.
Make sure you and your family get your tickets early, as it’s sure to be a beauty.
I’ll still be away overseas when this show is on – the first one I’ve missed – so you’ll have to tell me how good it was when I get back in July.
In the meantime, here are some beaut pics Flash shot backstage after the Renmark gig. Enjoy.
THERE’S a casual country show coming up on Monday you are all invited to – it’s the monthly Country in the Village.
All country music artists and fans are welcome to head on out to the Lifestyle Village hall, Warral Rd, Tamworth, for an evening of friendship and music.
In the driver’s seat is host Bruce O’Hara, who will introduce this month’s special guest artist Henry “Possum” Hollis.
It starts at 6.30pm and entry is just $5. For your $5 you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a light supper and all the entertainment that comes your way.
All proceeds from the event are directed to the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame.
